Terms of Service

Description of service

Kaching is software that helps small business owners understand their cash flow and prioritize what to do about it. Kaching is not a bookkeeping or accounting replacement, not a general business dashboard, not a payments or lending product, and does not hold or move funds on your behalf. See the Financial Disclaimer for the full boundary on what Kaching is and is not.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. Each account represents one business; Kaching's current version does not support multiple users sharing a single business account.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell access to, or use Kaching for any unlawful purpose.

Billing

Kaching does not currently charge for access to the product. If that changes, we will update this page and notify active users before any billing begins.

Cancellation

You may stop using Kaching and disconnect your accounts at any time.

Third-party integrations

By connecting your bank, QuickBooks, or Stripe account, you authorize Kaching to access the data from those accounts needed to power the product, per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your connected accounts — Kaching reports on what those providers tell it, not on data you enter manually.

Limitation of liability

Kaching is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

No guarantee of business outcomes

Kaching provides visibility and prioritization. It does not guarantee that following an Action Card, or any other recommendation, will prevent a specific financial outcome.

Termination

Kaching may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may stop using Kaching at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and Kaching.
