Privacy Policy

Account and profile data: your name, email, and business name. Financial data, only from accounts you choose to connect: balances and transactions from your bank (via Plaid), invoices, customers, and vendors from QuickBooks, and charges and customers from Stripe. If you apply to Kaching Community, Kaching Mastermind, or become a Kaching Partner, we also collect what you submit in that application: your name, email, business name, industry, location, and your response to that application's question.

Every piece of financial data we collect is used directly to calculate your cash position and generate the Action Cards you see on your Action Board — nothing is collected to "improve our services" in the abstract. Application data is used to follow up about the community, mastermind, or partner program you applied to.

We share data only with the processors that help us provide the product: Plaid (banking), QuickBooks/Intuit (accounting), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). We never sell your data, and our processors use it only to provide their service to us.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for as long as needed afterward to meet legitimate legal, tax, and operational requirements. If you close your account or disconnect an integration, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period.

Every integration's access token is encrypted before it's stored, and only server-side code can ever decrypt it. Access to your business's data is enforced at the database level, not just in the application — a business can only ever read its own data. Kaching never sees or stores your bank username or password; that authentication happens directly with your bank.

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of your data by contacting us (see below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law — contact us and we'll address your request.

Kaching is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, minors.
